Welcome to True Life Gymnastics. My name is Sherrie, and I've been involved with Women's Artistic Gymnastics for almost 18 years. Gymnastics has been the centre of my upbringing, its been my social circle and it led me to meet the most wonderful people (including my boyfriend).

I have brought True Life Gymnastics to you, to provide a platform to share gymnastics content and knowledge throughout Australia, and the world. It's vital as coaches and judges we continue to learn & develop, otherwise the sport we all know and love will plateau.
